Thank you for visiting OSU Premiere Properties. My name is Tom Riemenscheneider, and I'm the owner and operator of all 33 of OSU Premiere Properties' units. As an Ohio State University Alumni with a Business Administrative background, I have owned and renovated campus properties since 1986.

My extensive experience in the construction business helps to keep all of my properties in top shape. I take pride in providing quality housing solutions for our students at The Ohio State University. I'm confident that you will find no other rental property provider that can compare.

My attitude and philosophy is unique as I am a "hands-on " type of landlord and personally see to it that the condition of all my units is in top shape. My residents can contact me anytime via telephone, email, or through my online Maintenance Request Form and expect a prompt reply.

In addition to myself, I employ only qualified contractors with trustworthy backgrounds to insure the safety of my properties and residents. My goal has been to finish and maintain each apartment to the extent that my family and I would feel comfortable living there, and I also look for residents who respect and appreciate the quality of my units and properties.

The majority of my rental apartments have undergone extensive renovations including updated kitchens and bathrooms, new appliances, installation of new heating and air-conditiioning units as well as installation of energy saving windows and doors. Other long-term improvements to my properties have included new concrete steps and walks, asphalt parking lots, new roofs and landscaping as the exterior of my properties is an important as well. Most units have washer and dryers, available off-street parking and ALL are smoke free!
